MAYFIELD, Ky. - Bernard N. "Bill" Belote III, 65, of Tunica, Miss., formerly of Mayfield, died Monday at Baptist Memorial Hospital in Southaven, Miss.
He was a member of Trinity United Methodist Church, attended Hardeman School in Graves County and was a 1962 graduate of Mayfield High School.
Mr. Belote is survived by two sisters, Barbara Elliott of Mayfield and Carolyn Bies of Worland, Wyo.; and three nieces.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Bernard N. Belote Jr. and Genevieve Shemwell Belote.
Graveside services will be at 11 a.m. Friday at Woodlawn Memorial Gardens. The Rev. Joe Hansen will officiate. Visitation will be from 5 to 8 p.m. Thursday at Byrn Funeral Home.
