BILLIE BELL

Billie Sanford Bell, age 85, of Paducah, passed away at 8:25 p.m. on Wednesday, September 18, 2013, at her residence.

Billie was a member of Paducah First Baptist Church and was a homemaker.

She is survived by her husband, Charles R. Bell of Paducah; children, Billye "Sissy" Wilson and husband Steve of Paducah, Julie Mason and husband Stuart of New Harbor, Maine, Robert "Bo" Bell and wife Carol of Paducah; grandchildren, Chris Bell of Paducah, John Bell of Denver, Colo., Caroline Bell of Nashville, Tenn., Sarah Wilson of Nashville, Tenn., Stuart Mason of New Harbor, Maine, Ashley Mason of New Harbor, Maine; six great-grandchildren; and one sister. She is also survived by a loving friend and caregiver, Linda Beith of Paducah.

She was preceded in death by her parents, John and Velma (Flynt) Sanford; sister, Dee Boykin; brothers, Bobby Sanford and Joe "Booter" Sanford.

Private graveside services will be held and there will be no visitation. Milner & Orr Funeral Home of Paducah is in charge of the arrangements.
