Services for Mrs. Billie Ruth Via, 83, will be held at 12:30 p.m. Monday at Milner & Orr Funeral Home of Paducah. The Rev. John Sams will officiate. Burial will be at Woodlawn Memorial Gardens.
Mrs. Via died at 8:01 p.m. Thursday, July 9, 2009, at Parkview Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Paducah.
She was a member of Heartland Worship Center. She was a retired interior decorator, having been employed at the Red Spot and Cole Electric.
She is survived by three sons, Freddie L. Via., Kerry D. Via and wife Debbie, and Bart A. Via and wife Lisa, all of Paducah; two grandchildren, Shawna Via and Kyle Via; and several stepgrandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Ralph Via; and two brothers, Harry Farley and Jimmy Farley. Her parents were William and Esther Williams Farley.
