Daegen Rhys Turner, infant son of Jason and Erin Lemmon Turner, died Wednesday at Western Baptist Hospital.
In addition to his parents, he is survived by his brother, Jonathan David Turner; his grandparents, Larry Turner of West Paducah, Belvie Turner of Smyrna, Tenn., Kurt Lemmon of Wadsworth, Ohio, and Monica Zelei of Scottsdale, Ariz.; and his great-grandparents, David Shelton of Barbourville, and Bill and Charlotte Kennedy of Barberton, Ohio.
Graveside services will be at 1 p.m. Monday at Woodlawn Memorial Gardens.
Milner & Orr Funeral Home of Paducah is in charge of arrangements.
