Donnie R. Morris, 63, of Lone Oak died at 11:50 a.m. on Sunday at Western Baptist Hospital.
Mr. Morris was a member of Twelve Oaks Baptist Church and a retired youth counselor for Community Youth Services.
He is survived by his wife, Jane Emerson Morris; a son, Brent Morris of Benton; a daughter, Melissa Dawn Stokes of Lone Oak; two grandsons; his mother, Edith Monroe Richardson Morris of Paducah; a sister, Detta Mitchell of Dixon, Tenn.; and several nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his father, Charles H. Morris.
Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. on Wednesday at Lone Oak Chapel Milner and Orr Funeral Home with the Rev. Louis Brinker officiating. Burial will follow in Woodlawn Memorial Gardens.
Visitation will be from 5 to 8 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home.
Expressions of sympathy may take the form of contributions to American Cancer Society, 3140 Parisa Dr., Paducah, KY 42003.
