Dorothy Chapman

Mrs. Dorothy L. Chapman, age 89, of Mayfield, passed away at 2:07 a.m. Wednesday, October 25, 2017 at the Mills Health & Rehab. Facility in Mayfield. She was a member of New Home Baptist Church and a homemaker. She is survived by her husband; Raymond Chapman, two daughters; Phyllis (Jerry) Carter, Mayfield, Patricia Seaford, Mayfield, one son; Ronnie Chapman, Mayfield, five grandchildren, seven great grandchildren and Six great great grand children. She was preceded in death by her parents; Cleve and Minnie Hunt Slayden, three brothers and two sisters and a grandson; Christopher Chapman. Funeral services will be conducted at 2:00 p.m. Saturday at the Brown Funeral Home in Mayfield with Revs. Ronnie Cope and Duane Fields officiating. Interment will follow in the Mayfield Memory Gardens. Serving as pallbearers will be; Greg Carter, Seth Carter, Drake Stahr, Andrew Stahr Marshall Hale and Terry Hale.
