Mrs. Dorothy M. Sanderson, age 91, of Mayfield passed away on Monday, July 9, 2018 at Ray & Kay Eckstein Hospice Care Center in Paducah, KY.
She was a member of Seven Oaks Church of Christ, a retired beautician and a homemaker.
Mrs. Sanderson is survived by one daughter, Cathy (John) Barrett of Mayfield, KY; one step-brother, Allen (Irma) McClain of Benton, KY; and one granddaughter, Sara Barrett of Mayfield, KY.
She was preceded in death by her husband, George Sanderson; one sister, Juanita Morgan; and her parents, James Henry Morgan and Inous Mae Pittman McClain.
Funeral services for Mrs. Dorothy M. Sanderson will be 11:00 a.m. on Thursday, July 12, 2018 at Byrn Funeral Home in Mayfield, KY. Josh Ketchum will officiate. Interment will follow at Mayfield Memory Gardens.
Visitation will be 9:00 - 11:00 a.m. on Thursday, July 12, 2018 at the funeral home.
