Edgar Flood

Edgar M. Flood, 85, of Paducah died at 7:07 a.m. Sundayat Lourdes hospital in Paducah.
Mr. Flood was a retired employee of Petter Supply Co. and an Army veteran of World War II. He was a member of Heartland Worship Center, the Vetrans of foreign Wars and the Gilbertsville Masonic Lodge.
Surviving are three sons, Lewis Flood and Mike Flood, both of Lone Oak, and Tom Flood of Reidland; a daughter, Bettie Edwards of Paducah; 11 grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Anna Marie Flood; two grandsons; and a sister. Her parents were George Wesley and Hazel Lucille Mitchell Flood.
Sevices will be at 11 a.m. Tuesday, at Milner & Orr Funeral Home of Paducah. The Rev. Johnny Sams will officiate, with entombment in Woodlawn Memorial Gardens.
Friends may call from 5 to 8 p.m. Monday at the funeral home.
