Edith Marie Babb

Edith Marie Babb, 92, of Paducah, passed away on Wednesday, September 4, 2019 at Superior Care Home.

She was born on July 20, 1927 in McCracken County to the late Clarence and Pauline Mason Babb. She was a member of Bellview Baptist Church where she enjoyed traveling with the church group. She was a graduate of Reidland High School.

Marie is survived by one brother, Charles Babb, of Paducah, along with many nieces and nephews from the Courtney families, and extended family.

She was preceded in death by her parents and the love of her life and fiancé, Farris Courtney.

Funeral services will be held on Saturday, September 7, 2019 at 12:00 p.m. at The Lone Oak Chapel of Milner & Orr Funeral Home with Rev. Mike Nolen officiating. Burial will follow the service at Woodlawn Memorial Gardens.

Visitation will be held on Saturday, September 7, 2019 from 10:00 a.m. until 12:00 p.m. at The Lone Oak Chapel of Milner & Orr Funeral Home.
