Gail Weda Miller Dawes, 62, of Paducah died at 8:56 a.m. Tuesday at Western Baptist Hospital.
Mrs. Dawes was a homemaker and of the Lutheran faith.
Surviving are her husband of 42 years, Roy Lee Dawes; one son, Daniel Lee Dawes of Paducah; one daughter, Susan Gayle Dawes of Paducah; her mother, Weda Duncan Miller of Paducah; and one brother, Glen Miller of Paducah; eight grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her father, Paul Kenneth Miller Sr., and one brother.
Services will be at 1 p.m. Thursday at Hughes Funeral Home of Paducah. Burial will be at Woodlawn Memorial Gardens.
Friends may call after 11 a.m. Thursday at the funeral home.
Expressions of sympathy may take the form of contribution to the American Heart Association, 15120 Collections Center Drive, Chicago, IL 60693.
