Guy R. Deen, 80, of Paducah died Wednesday at Lourdes hospital.
Mr. Deen was retired from the Paducah Fire Department.
Surviving are his wife, Emilie Nell Happersett Deen of Symsonia; one son, Ricky Deen of Paducah; one daughter, Gail Jameson of Symsonia; four grandchildren; and six great grandchildren.
Contributions may be made to the American Heart Association or the American Lung Association.
Lindsey Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
