Helen Severns

Blanche Severns, 95, of Paducah, passed away at 6:45 p.m. Friday, January 4, 2013, at Parkview Nursing & Rehabilitation Center. Mrs. Severns was a homemaker, a member of Reidland United Methodist Church, and member of Reidland United Methodist Women.
Mrs. Severns is survived by four sons, Thomas M. Severns and wife Shirley of Paducah, Jerry G. Severns and wife Linda of Paducah, David L. Severns and wife Oveda of Murray, and Michael A. Severns of Paducah; eight grandchildren; 18 great-grandchildren; two great-great grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Thomas L. Severns; two sisters, Faye Muma Bolds and Joyce Muma Hoover; two brothers, Kenneth Muma and Neal Muma. Her parents were Clarence W. and Bertha M. Eyestone Muma.
Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Tuesday, January 8, 2013, at Milner & Orr Funeral Home of Paducah with the Rev. David Garrett officiating. Entombment will follow in Woodlawn Memorial Gardens.
The Severns family will receive friends from 11 a.m. until service time of 2 p.m. Tuesday, January 8, 2013, at Milner & Orr Funeral Home of Paducah.
