Isabelle Chalker

Tuesday, January 26 2010 Isabelle Holmes Chalker, 86, of Paducah died at 2:19 p.m. Sunday at Lourdes hospital.
Mrs. Chalker was retired from Mars Candy Company in Chicago and was a former employee of Payless Drug Company. She was a native of Graves County and a member of Mount Pisgah Baptist Church.
Graveside services will be held at 11 a.m. Wednesday at Woodlawn Memorial Gardens with the Rev. Terry Sills officiating.
Visitation will be from 9 to 10:30 a.m. Wednesday at the Lone Oak Chapel of Milner & Orr Funeral Home.
Survivors include one granddaughter, Kimberly Chalker of Jackson, Tenn.; two great-grandchildren; and several cousins.
Preceding her in death were her husband, Amos P. Chalker; one son, Philip Chalker; and one brother. Her parents were Street Holmes and Ellis Harper Holmes.
Expressions of sympathy may be made to the American Heart Association, Kentucky Region, 240 Whittington Parkway, Louisville, KY 40222.
