Jean Mullinax Wise, 76, of Lone Oak died Wednesday, December 30, 2009, at 11:53 p.m. at Lourdes hospital.
She was a member of Trinity United Methodist Church, a homemaker and a graduate of St. Mary Academy.
Services will be held Monday, January 4, 2010, at 1:00 p.m. at the Lone Oak Chapel of Milner & Orr Funeral Home with the Rev. Joey Reed officiating. Entombment will follow at Woodlawn Memorial Gardens. Visitation will be Monday, January 4, 2010, from 10:30 a.m. until the service time of 1:00 p.m. at the Lone Oak Chapel of Milner & Orr Funeral Home.
Survivors include her husband of 57 years, Dr. Kenneth C. Wise; two daughters, Dr. Kathy Wise Smith and husband Michael of Paducah and Karen Wise Hernedez and husband Frank of Fresno, Calif.; and two grandsons, William and Michael Smith of Paducah.
Preceding her in death were her parents, Riley and Ava Daughtery Mullinax and one brother, Ronald Mullinax.
