John B. "Sonny" Cox , 60, of Paducah died at 11:10 p.m. Tuesday at Western Baptist Hospital.
Mr. Cox was a retired carpet cleaner and of the Baptist faith.
Surviving are one brother, Bobby Cox of Paducah; one niece, Crystal Wooley of Paducah; one nephew, Danny Cox of Paducah; and one great-nephew, Coty Cohoon of Paducah.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Robert Russell Cox Sr. and Agnes Kennedy Cox, and one niece.
Services will be at 1 p.m. Wednesday at Hughes Funeral Home of Paducah with the Rev. Rocky Hill officiating. Burial will be at Woodlawn Memorial Gardens.
Friends may call after 5 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home.
