PRINCETON - Joretta Cunningham Palmer, 79, of Princeton died Tuesday, May 7, 2013, at her home.
She was retired as a legal secretary for Wells & Wetzel Law Firm in Princeton. She was a member of Kuttawa United Methodist Church in Kuttawa.
She is survived by two sons, Terry Trevathan of Paducah and Neville Palmer of Eddyville; one daughter, Tara Trevathan Stinnett of Kuttawa; one stepdaughter, Jennifer Palmer of Graves County; eight grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren; one brother, Justice Bill Cunningham of Kuttawa; one sister, Martha Lewis of Benton, and several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Judge Andrew Jackson Palmer II, and one sister. Her parents were William Almon Cunningham and Estelle McCuiston Cunningham.
Services will be at 11 a.m. Saturday, May 11, 2013, at Lakeland Funeral Home in Eddyville with the Rev. Jim Keegan officiating. Burial will be at 1:30 p.m. Saturday, May 11, 2013, in Woodlawn Memorial Gardens in Lone Oak.
Visitation will be from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. Friday, May 10, 2013, at the funeral home.
