Lois Archer Kincannon, age 84, of Paducah, KY passed away at 10:10 p.m. Monday, March 11, 2019 at Calvert City Convalscent Center.
Lois was a member of Temple Baptist Church and a native of Duffield, VA. She drove a school bus for twenty plus years for the McCracken County Schools System. Lois did clothes alteration for Pixie Palace, Hecht's and for various families in the Paducah and Lone Oak area for many years. Lois loved to bowl and was on several bowling teams.
Survivors include one daughter, Sherry Gordon and husband, Bill of Barlow, KY; one son, Thomas E. Archer of Benton, KY; step-daughter, Donna Archer of Kingsport, TN.; five grandchildren, Thomas James “TJ” Archer, Morgan Thomas Archer, Cheri Dawn Archer, Will Gordon and wife, Cathryn, and John Gordon; step-granddaughter, Angela Tunnell; two sisters, Virginia Propst and Phyllis Chauvin; six brothers, Cecil Fannon, Tommy Fannon, David Fannon, Jimmy Fannon, Otis Fannon, and Morgan Fannon; several nieces and nephews.
Preceding in death were her first husband, Thomas James Archer Jr. and second husband, James Kincannon; parents, Wirt Fannon and Pearla Palmer Fannon; two sisters, Sue Slagle and Mary McNeese; one brother, Freddie Fannon.
Services will be held Thursday, March 14, 2019 at 11:00 a.m. at Milner & Orr Funeral Home of Paducah with Rev. Brian Hodge officiating. Burial will follow at Woodlawn Memorial Gardens. Visitation will be held Wednesday, March 13, 2019 at Milner & Orr Funeral Home of Paducah from 5:00-8:00 p.m.
