Martha Bradley Goode, 84 of Paducah, died Friday, June 7, 2013, at 1:05 p.m. at Culpepper Assisted Living. Martha was a native of Hickman, member of Trinity United Methodist Church, and a member of the Paducah "Red Coat" Ambassadors. Martha was an avid supporter of Market House Theatre and was a season ticket holder for many years. She loved to travel especially the many cruises that she was able to make and helped to organize many other trips. Martha worked in retail credit for the former Paducah Dry Goods Company and Drivers ready to wear.
Services will be held Monday, June 10, 2013, at 10 a.m. at Milner & Orr Funeral Home of Paducah with the Rev. Kenny Locke officiating. Burial will follow at Woodlawn Memorial Gardens. Friends may call Sunday, June 9, 2013, from 5 p.m.-7 p.m. at Milner & Orr Funeral Home of Paducah.
Survivors include two sons, Thomas Edward Goode Jr. of Vienna, Va., and Terry L. Goode and wife Gayle Roff Goode of Clarkston, Mich.; two grandchildren, Stephen Edward Goode and Lindsay Katherine Goode, both of Clarkston, Mich.
Preceding in death was her husband of 60 years, Thomas Edward Goode Sr.; her parents, Coley Porter Bradley and Nancy Tankersley Bradley; and one sister, Mary Helen Birkhead.
