Norma Snow

Norma Lou Snow, 83, of Boaz passed away 2:25 p.m. Wednesday, January 15, 2013, at her daughter's home.

She was devoted to her family, her friends, and the Lord. She was a member of Heartland Worship Center.

She is survived by four daughters, Betty Johnson Whitlow and husband Nelson of Louisville, Ky., Patty Johnson Bridges and husband Lanny of Senatobia, Miss., Tonya Johnson Murphy of Paducah, Kendra Snow Ballard and husband Keith of Boaz; four sisters, Sarah Greer of Bucklin, Mo., Elaine Johnson of Macon, Mo., Glenda Wood of New Cambria, Mo., Sherrill Rowland of Smithton, Mo.; one brother, Earl Malloy of Bucklin, Mo.; seven grandchildren, Gina Whitlow, Amy Whitlow, Lana Phillips, Shon Murphy, Shane Steger, Carla Steger, Amanda Ballard; five great-grandchildren, Carmen Phillips, Charlotte Phillips, Patrick Phillips, Alexander Whitlow, Aiden Murphy, and several nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her daughter, Jean Ann Snow Steger; infant son, Larry Eugene Johnson; granddaughter, Kayla Ballard; brother, Forral Malloy; two ex-husbands, Eugene Johnson, and James Snow. Her parents were Ivan and Bessie Leathers Malloy.

Funeral services for Mrs. Snow will be 3:00 p.m. Saturday, January 19, 2013, at the Lone Oak Chapel of Milner & Orr Funeral Home with Rev. Max Anderson officiating. Burial will follow at Woodlawn Memorial Gardens.

Visitation for Mrs. Snow will be from 5:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. Friday, January 18, 2013, at the funeral home.
