Services for Ottis Lee Swift, 82, of Paducah, will be held at noon Monday at Woodlawn Memorial Gardens with the Rev. Bob Swift officiating.
He died at 4:10 p.m. Friday at Western Baptist Hospital.
Mr. Swift was a member of West End Baptist Church and retired from Hougland Barge Lines as chief engineer.
Surviving are his son, Bob Swift of Mayfield; three grandchildren, Lori Meadows King of Elizabethtown, Mike Swift of Louisville, and Tina Swift Collins of New York; and several nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Helen Day Swift; his parents, Thomas Gaylon and Ella Trevathan Swift; a daughter, Vickie Swift Meadows; a sister; and two brothers.
Friends may call from 10 to 11:45 a.m. Monday at Lone Oak Chapel of Milner & Orr Funeral Home.
