Richard Davis

Richard Lee Davis, 53 of West Paducah, passed away at 1:17 a.m. Sunday, August 25, 2013, at Baptist Health Paducah.
Mr. Davis was a Technical Service Analyst for TVA, where he also served as Union Stewart for three plants. He was a member of Faith Center in Paducah. He served as McCracken County Park Commissioner. Mr. Davis was a recipient of the Honorary FFA Award. He completed an Associates Degree in Science and Technology, and also attended Vocational School, taking Machine Shop classes. He enjoyed scuba diving, sky diving, and coaching his children in sports.
Mr. Davis was born on October 2, 1959, in Ft. Huachuca, AZ, to Thomas Richard Davis of Paducah, and the late Bobbie Jean Watts Davis. He is survived by his three children, McKell Davis of Paducah, Richard "Colby" Davis and fiancée, Bethany Heaton of Paducah, and Dustin Lee Davis and fiancée, Gaybrielle Fink of Paducah; his fiancée, Debbie Wilson of Paducah; one sister, Trina Wright and husband Greg of Paducah; and his dog, Buster.
Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. Wednesday, August 28, 2013, at the Milner & Orr Funeral Home of Paducah with Rev. John Ait ken officiating. Burial will follow in Woodlawn Memorial Gardens. Visitation will be held from 5:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home.
