Robert McGuire, age 79, of Mayfield died Saturday September 13, 2014 at the Mills Health and Rehab in Mayfield.
He was a retired employee from Merit Clothing Co., and member of Northside Baptist Church in Mayfield.
Mr. McGuire is survived by; his daughter, Genie Boyd of the Pilot Oak Community; brother, Buford McGuire of S. Fulton TN; granddaughter, Dana Boyd of Pilot Oak.
He was preceded in death by; wife, Wilma Jones McGuire; sister, Hazel Hill; father, Ed McGuire; mother, Edna Warren Wiggins; son, Johnny Dublin.
Funeral services are scheduled for 2:00PM Tuesday September 16, 2014 at the Byrn Funeral Home in Mayfield KY. Rev. Monte Hodges will officiate. Interment will follow in the Mayfield Memory Gardens. Visitation will be held from 5-8PM Monday September 15, 2014 at the funeral home.
