Sally Marie Wilson, age 97, of the Pottsville community, passed away Monday, January 5, 2015, at Green Acres Healthcare.
She was a member of Pottsville Church of Christ and a retired employee of Merit Clothing Company.
Mrs. Wilson is survived by one niece, Margie Knight Lamb of Mayfield: a great niece Jane (Albert) Tubbs of Mayfield; two nephews: Paul Dean (Elaine) Burchard of Melber and Larry Joe (Susan) Burchard of Paducah; brother-in-law: Charles (Reba) Wilson of Peoria, IL.
She was preceded in death by her husband: Sam Wilson; one sister: Ernestine Knight Wilson; three brothers: Wiltz, Terrell, and Leonard Knight; and her parents Elmer and Sally Leonard Knight.
Graveside services will be held on Thursday January 8th at 2:00 pm at Mayfield Memory Gardens with Mike Tucker officiating.
Visitation will be from 10:00 am till 1:30 pm Thursday at Byrn Funeral Home.
