Tena L. McNeely, 49, of Lawrenceburg died Monday in Lawrenceburg.
She is survived by one sister, Katrina McNeely of Frankfort.
She was preceded in death by her parents, James and Mary McNeely; and one sister.
Memorial services will be at 1 p.m. Friday at Pleasant Valley Mission Church in Water Valley, with the Rev. Gerald Barnes officiating.
Friends may call after 10 a.m. Friday at the church.
Brown Funeral Home in Wingo is in charge of arrangements.
